★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso fuy a cancelar un servicio igual y por eso fue tan lento todo. Solo una persona atendiendo obviamente es para que te desesperes y no canceles pero como el servicio es pésimo ps a sufrir todo un día dedicado a cancelar megacable así que piénsenlo dos veces antes de contratarlo.
In my case I went to cancel a similar service and that is why everything was so slow. Only one person attending obviously is for you to despair and not cancel but since the service is lousy ps to suffer a whole day dedicated to canceling megacable so think twice before hiring it.
