Cada que hablas con alguien diferente es empezar de cero, ofrecen cosas en la venta que no se cumplen.
Tardan demasiado en hacer una instalación que ya te cobraron.
Lamentablemente una buena marca, sus empleados la vuelven mala.
Ojo ahí a los directivos, deben simplificar sus procesos y capacitar bien a sus trabajadores

They take too long to do an installation that they already charged you for.
Unfortunately a good brand, its employees make it bad.
Watch out for managers, they must simplify their processes and train their workers well

AWFUL CUSTOMER TREATMENT BY THE EMPLOYEES AND THE MANAGER. THE SERVICE IS SUPER INTERMITTENT AND THE SERVICE COSTS INCREASE EVERY 6 MONTHS WITHOUT A BASIS AND EVEN IF I HAD A CONTRACT TO PAY 399, THEY CAME TO CHARGE ME 670 IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR
