Realmente atienden rápido si vas a realizar un pago, pero la atención al ciente se vuelve lenta a causa de que las mismas cajas para cobrar el servicio son las que usan para reclamos, como consejo se debería tener una caja únicamente para reclamos y las demás para pagar servicios, así se avanzaría más rápido la cola para las personas que solamente van a pagar sin la necesidad de esperar la resolución del problema a clientes que van a reclamar.
Good place to pay for services and very crowded. Really they treated fast if you're going to make a payment, but attention to the sufficient becomes slow because of the same boxes to collect service are those used for claims, as council should have a just case for claims and others to pay services, would move faster line for those who only go to pay without the need to wait for the resolution of the problem to customers who will claim.
