Que así como cobran fueran buenos para atender al cliente y darle el servicio!!! They look super bad with the installation. It's been 3 days since they change dates and times, as if our occupations depended on their lack of interest and poor service. That as well as they charge they were good to serve the client and give them the service !!!
L	Lucy Alvarado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se corta el internet a siertas horas de noche....la televisión igual duran asta SEMANAS ..para atender un reporte y si bien te va y si no pues no llegan solo t dicen q tu reporte ya está. . . mientras tu pago debes ser a tiempo y al %100 no importa si tuvieras el servicio todo el mes.... ..no sirve y ya falla mucho.... Antes si lo uniera recomendado...pero ya no .... The internet is cut off at seven hours at night .... television still lasts until WEEKS ... to attend a report and although it goes well for you and if it doesn't, they don't just come and say that your report is already there. . . While your payment must be on time and at 100% it does not matter if you had the service all month ... ... it does not work and it already fails a lot ... Before if I joined it recommended ... but no longer ... .

Sin embargo llegaron cartas de abogados pidiendo pagar meses que nunca tuve servicio y tuve que ir hasta el jurídico para que con la mano en la cintura me dijeran que no existe adeudo y cancelaron mis contratos con una carta. Hoy 6 años después me vuelven a enviar notificaciones de adeudo y la vivienda está catalogada con adeudos. More than 6 years ago I canceled my contract WITHOUT DEBTS because when I changed my house they could not give me the service because I was not in their service area. However, letters came from lawyers asking to pay for months that I never had service and I had to go to the legal department to tell me that there is no debt and they canceled my contracts with a letter. Today 6 years later they send me debit notifications again and the house is listed with debts.

Y esto porque ellos al momento de poner su instalación en mi fraccionamiento lo pusieron todo mal total que ni fibra optica ni cable coaxial puedo tener porque el primero esta sobresaturado y el otro el cable a donde debe de conectarse lo pusieron al revés y no puedo contratar otra compañía porque ellos tienen contrato de exclusividad ??? Terrible attention, I am going for 9 days that my installation is not left.
