★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal no atiende las sugerencias que uno les hace, varios de los que trabajan ahí se la pasan con los celulares, en ventanillas solo atienden 2personas o 1, cuando se llegan los días de corte hay solo 2 que están cobrando, los equipos que dan para el servicio de Internet ya son rehusados igual que los módem, en vez de mejorar, van de mal en peor, este comentario es para el Sr. Salgado, actualice los equipos que entreguen, gracias por su atención ?
Terrible service, the staff does not attend to the suggestions that one makes them, several of those who work there spend time with their cell phones, at the windows only 2 or 1 people attend, when the court days arrive there are only 2 who are charging, the equipment that they provide for Internet service is already rejected, just like modems, instead of improving, they go from bad to worse, this comment is for Mr. Salgado, update the equipment that you provide, thanks for your attention ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre me han atendido bien, aunque sin duda estaría genial si pudieran ampliar el área de atención a clientes ya que solo hay 2 personas, por lo que a veces las filas son largas.
They have always treated me well, although it would certainly be great if they could expand the customer service area since there are only 2 people, so sometimes the lines are long.
