★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy solo escuché quejas de los clientes, todos los que pagaban siempre se quejaban que iban a realizar un pago y les cobraban más cantidad...me hizo dudar si contrataba el servicio.
Además pésimo servicio quedaron de instalarme en un periodo de 8-10 días llevo 26 días y no me han ido a instalar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los de megacable son muy mañosos. Te venden un contrato por unos meses pero nunca te dicen cuánto va a subir ese contrato al finalizar el mismo. Si lo hicieran no contratarias.
Su internet deja que desear por qué no es estable sube y baja todo el tiempo, un fastidio. En la tv te cambian los canales cada que quieren y te dejan puro canal chafa, y el teléfono fijo ... Quien usa esos teléfonos hoy día?
Conclusión contraté bajo su propio riesgo.
Those of megacable are very crafty. They sell you a contract for a few months but they never tell you how much that contract is going to go up at the end of it. If they did, you wouldn't hire.
Your internet leaves a lot to be desired because it is not stable, it goes up and down all the time, a nuisance. On TV they change the channels every time they want and they leave you with nothing but a crappy channel, and the landline... Who uses those phones today?
Conclusion hire at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, cuando vas a contratar todo fácil, cuando vas a dar de baja te hacen dar mil vueltas. Es la tercera vez que voy y no me dejan cancelar por qué entregaron un equipo a mi nombre y no saben a quien.
Que hasta que ellos investiguen quien lo tiene se puede cancelar
Mientas uno pagando su servicio malo.

Terrible attention, when you are going to hire everything easy, when you are going to cancel it they make you go around a thousand times. It is the third time that I go and they will not let me cancel because they delivered a team in my name and they do not know to whom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy poco personal para atender son lentos y en la entrada avia 3 srtas platicando la fila para realizar pago esta larga km 40 personas y solo 2 cajeros y eran las 4:00pm muy mal cervicio
They have very few staff to serve them, they are slow and at the entrance there were 3 ladies talking, the line to make payment is long, 40 km, people and only 2 cashiers and it was 4:00 pm, very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los Empleados son muy déspotas. Te obligan a consumir el Servicio de Internet aún sin tener WiFi. Se quedó con mi INE la Empleada y no quiso regresarmela, aún diciendole que es Delito Federal. Me maltrataron y no me dieron contrato. Tampoco firme nada y me obligan a pagar. Son muy Groseros.
Employees are very despotic. They force you to consume the Internet Service even without WiFi. The Employee stayed with my INE and did not want to return it to me, even telling her that it is a Federal Crime. They mistreated me and did not give me a contract. I didn't sign anything either and they forced me to pay. They are very rude.
