I ask if someone else could answer the question and she tried to call someone but she says no one was answering her call.

They could fire the entire office and no one would notice. Zero training. Zero customer service. I urge everyone to call the headquarters as that is the only way to change it. They have given me 500 pesos towards my bill for bringing it to their attention. This is the worst rated Megacable in the entire state of Mexico! They promise a change is coming. We can only hope.
