compre uno y no servia el touch creen y no me quisieron hacer válida la garantía después de una hora de comprado
tuve que comprarles otro para que así me hicieran válida la compra del oto celular descompuso
pasaron los días sin novedad con mi nuevo celular y ahora no agarra red
fui a un centro de atención de clientes de Telcel y me comentaron que el equipo no estaba en sus bases de datos de equipos vendidos por ellos y que este distribuidor posiblemente no estaba registrado y que hiban a investigar con su departamento de distruibidores autorizados con el tiquete de compra del equipo defectuoso que les compre
