â â â â â No se puede tener todo en la vida, se ve que venden mucho y dan buen precio, por ahorrarme unos pesos me expuse a una pĂ©sima atenciĂłn. Tienen muy mala atenciĂłn al cliente. Las mujeres de ventas son descorteses, groseras. LleguĂ© y preguntĂ© que si me podĂan vender una escalera domĂ©stica y entre que hacĂa otras cosas no volteĂł ni a verme y me contestĂł "de quĂ©? De cual quiere?" Y con toda la paciencia del mundo de mi parte ante inverosĂmil persona pedĂ la primera que vi para poder retirarme. Posteriormente, me dijeron: "pasa hacĂa allĂĄ y ahĂ te van a entregar", un tipo me entregĂł la escalera la cual venĂa empanizada de polvo y asĂ me la entregĂł, preguntĂ© que si me podĂa prestar una franela o si me ayudaban a limpiarla para no subirla al coche asĂ y respondiĂł: "hijole, aquĂ no tenemos franelas" ya arriba del coche me di cuenta de que venĂa defectuosa les comentĂ© y me respondieron: " ah sĂ?? Pues bajala, no?"
Esta es mi experiencia, si van a comprar por volumen les conviene ahĂ porque es barato, pero si sĂłlo necesitan una cosa es preferible pagar un poquito mĂĄs en otro lado, a exponerse con este tipo de burdas personas.
