PESIMO service for three balloons made me go three laps in addition to that they were by request and I ended up selling the models that they wanted I do not understand so that they send models make you pay them in advance and when they go to pick them up they are not the ones that were .. super high cost ... I ended up buying the best quality balloons and 30% cheaper at ENGLOBATE the same day of the event

To my taste it is the best balloon place in Querétaro. I go regularly and they have always treated me kindly and with the care to materialize what I have in mind. They have a wide variety of balloons from simple latex to figures and mega balloons. The prices are excellent !!! What I like the most is the shopping experience :)

Half a year ago I bought some balloons for my boyfriend as a detail, and they do not have anything very elegant, everything is very child-like, with drawings and phrases etc, I was looking for something very specific and the lady attended me as if with a hahaha hahaha I was super excited explaining what she wanted, but well I am also very piki and her good vibes showed me everything I asked for and the prices are good

Lousy service !!! Horrible I had not had the opportunity to express my disagreement about this company, last week I spent acquiring some items since they recommended this place to me widely, but or surprise that it took me with the treatment of the staff, especially the girl who attended me, she I was super rude and with a lot of sarcasm because I didn't know anything about the products they were handling?, by way of mockery she answered my questions and not to mention the face of fuchi that she had all the time as if she was doing me a favor, friend !! ... The truth was that I had a lot of expectations in this place because of the recommendations they gave me, but I would never return or recommend it ... I hope they do something about it with their staff ?

Terrible customer service. More than two weeks without being able to receive an invoice. The worker Isaac has no attitude or focus on the client, his response is always "the owner takes care of that and I cannot do anything". Call at different times and there was never the "owner."

They have a great variety and a super price.

The service they provide leaves me with a very bad experience; I chose to hire them due to recommendations, but they left me badly with the two contracted services; From the first service, the balloon they had to deliver was deflated, it barely held up in the air, and the letters they imposed on it were totally different.Also, when I told the store about this situation, the lady who attended me scolded me because I did not notify you in time of the situation, so that they could correct it, I think that since it is a gift I do not have to foresee this situation. From the second service, the balloon did not contain the letters that I requested were imposed on it, despite the fact that I confirmed to the young lady who attended me that she did put them. Personally, I do not recommend this store, because the two services requested were gifts that I made, but both did not perform them as they said, and despite everything they charged me the full amount of the services.

My experience with this store dates back to being a good experience! I arrived at noon and booked a balloon decoration service which I paid in advance and was told to pick up at 6:30. When I arrived to pick it up it turned out that it was not ready, I had to wait for them to love it, due to the delay I could not check my balloons and once at home they turned out to be barely inflated. Today after 2 days the balloons can barely stand, it is not the first time that I buy Helium balloons and the least they have lasted correctly inflated is 1 week! What a shame for my money and what a shame for a gift for my daughter!
