l	luis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo los primeros meses esta bien de ahí se va a cada rato, cuando hay la velocidad es pésima incluso aveces ni la cuarta parte de velocidad de lo contratado, soporto igual pésimo nunca contestan sus teléfonos a pesar de que te dejan esperando en linea por horas..... Incluso cuando quieres cancelar te la hacen larga para seguir cobrando meses en el proceso.... s	sergio ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, a la hora de cobrar están buenos y para cortar el servicio inmediatamente de tu fecha de corte pero si uno llama para reportar el servicio que se va a cada rato nunca contestan o te dejan en la línea. No lo recomiendo. Escribo de nuevo ya con 9 meses de servicio, es horrible, es muy lento, el alcance no es óptimo, presenta intermitencia de manera frecuente y es cansado y frustrante, ya que vienen a revisar lo "solucionan" dura una semana bien y después, nuevamente presenta las mismas fallas, no lo recomiendo para nada, lastima que por el momento no hay más opciones de servicio de Internet.
