In general terms, I would have done very well if it was not for the receptionist who is in services, a very bitter and cutting chubby despot, in those positions they should put someone friendly and minimal to give you good morning but really super badly esucada, he was not even able to say anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima la atencion por telefono, 4 o 5 llamadas para que me transfiera a refacciones y no contesten, cuando contestan en refacciones te dicen; en un minuto te atiendo y escuches la conversacion de los empleados cotorreando para 15min despues recuerden que hay una llamada en espera. Es la unica agencia en tampico con la que batallamos siempre para presupuestos.
Terrible attention by phone, 4 or 5 calls to be transferred to spare parts and they don't answer, when they answer in spare parts they tell you; I'll answer you in a minute and listen to the conversation of the employees chattering for 15 minutes, then remember that there is a call waiting. It is the only agency in Tampico with which we always struggle for budgets.
