C	Circadians on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo. Use el servicio de MegaNet ya que no hay muchas opciones para mi, ya que vivo en una casa en un lugar un tanto apartado. Hice muchos reportes, acerca de la conexión ya que al ser antenas aéreas y transmisión de datos airea existen problemas debido a la interferencia. Mi reporte llego a oídos del Señor Carlos Roca, quien entiendo es el representante de los servicios de MegaNet. Llevo desde finales de Mayo que opte por no pagar mas los 700 peso al mes por 10MB de velocidad. debido a que solo recibo 1.5 MB de velocidad como máximo en el mejor de los casos, PING que van a veces desde 26 ms a 300 ms como rango. Larga historia... pero el resumen es que MegaNet NO entrega las velocidad que promete ni al 70% como lo anuncia en su página web. Su servicio al cliente es MALISIMO, contestan cuando tienen ganas ya sea por WhatsApp, o llamadas telefónicas. MegaNet se excusa que debido a un cambio de torre ahora a los clientes de Puerto Aventuras, QROO no se les garantiza la velocidad contratada por la capacidad de la zona. y que se estaba planeneado para actualizar equipos y tener mejor calidad. PERO NO HAY INFORMACION de cuando lo harían... 1 mes... 1 año... Y eso si... religiosamente cada mes me envían factura por 700 pesos. Y a pesar de que me han hecho ajustes es frustrante tener que estar peleando con ellos mes con mes. I live in Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo. Pero te dejan sin internet durante semanas si se cae la linea y no contestan el telefono ni los mensajes. Es imposible ponerte en contacto con ellos o que solucionen un problema. Mínimo 1 ves al mes tengo problema con su servicio. Gracias a dios Telmex llega a mi zona en este mes. Waters with MegaNet! Your internet service is good when it works! But they leave you without internet for weeks if the line drops and they don't answer the phone or the messages. It is impossible to contact them or have them solve a problem. At least 1 time a month I have a problem with your service. Thank God Telmex arrives in my area this month.
T	Tania Salomón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LOS CONTRATEN les hice el pago completo de la instalación y solo me daban largas, me dejaron de contestar y al final después de casi 4 meses me dicen que me van a regresar el dinero les doy mi cuenta y otra vez no me contestan son pésimos en todos los aspectos. No sé los recomiendo, contrate otra empresa y a la semana ya tenía el servicio. THEY DON'T CONTRACT THEM I made the full payment for the installation and they just gave me long, they stopped answering me and in the end after almost 4 months they tell me that they are going to return the money I give them my account and again they do not answer me, they are lousy in all aspects.
