They did a poor job on me and are not responsible, then it caused more problems and failure of other parts of my washing machine. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Inconveniente:
Solo existe una computadora para que los empleados verifiquen la existencias de las refacciones, por lo que los clientes tienen que hacer cola mientras los empleados puedan consultar en esa única máquina las existencias de refacciones.

There is only one computer for employees to check spare parts stock, so customers have to queue while employees can check the parts stock on that single machine.
