★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevé mi impresora porque no imprimía el magenta, los demás colores sí salían incluso podía hacer impresiones en blanco y negro, en siete días me la regresaron y no me dijeron exactamente que le pasó, primero dijeron que la bomba y terminaron por decir que fue el cabezal, la traje para probarla para utilizarla aunque sea para impresiones en blanco y negro y ya no imprimió, mela dejaron peor, me arrepentí de haberla llevado.
