★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiaron a la persona de ventas que la verdad no esta bien capacitada, voltea las impresoras de tinta continua para ver las series, compre un cabezal y nunca me dijeron que no hay garantia si no lo instalan ellos, tampoco lo lei en alguno de los documentos que dan al hacer la compra y cuando marcas la de ventas te dice que si que no me dijo, pero que ya los conosco pero nunca les habia comprado un cabezal, digo al menos deberian de revisar que el cabezal fue correctamente instalado, en fin al menos no son los unicos, de verdad que se extraña a Tere.
