la primera vez que acudí a la sucursal que esta en sara esq. noe fue un jueves y la atención no solo fue mala lo que le sigue, fui a ese lugar en particular por que un muy buen conocido me recomendó el lugar, una vez que llegue la gente que se veía que estaba terminando de comer por que estaban platicando muy plácidamente, ok les demoro como 3 o 4 minutos el que les incomodará mi presencia y decidieran acercarse a ver que necesitaba, una vez que solicite el producto que requería me pregunto mi forma de pago, conteste tarjeta normalmente no cargo efectivo por seguridad, !oh sorpresa¡ cuando me dijo eso me comento que si era la primera vez que yo compraba no me podía cobrar con tarjeta argumento políticas de la empresa, ok se me hizo coherente, una vez que le comente si podía ser con transferencia me comento que si, pero que tenían que confirmar hasta dentro de 48 hrs el pago y la autorización de mi compra, que por que alguien mas le tenia que dar el visto bueno para autorizarle el alta de mi factura a nombre de mi razón social, en ese momento dije que carambas esta pasando, si solo deseo comprar un par de cosas no la empresa completa y se me hizo ridículo el proceso para poder aceptar mi pedido, accedí a las peticiones y cuando vio que proseguiría con mi compra sin importar que me dijera, decidió dar de alta la empresa para poder facturarle a ese nombre, y realice el pago, recibí mi mercancía y me retire. hoy me presento nuevamente ya que requerí mas producto del que imaginaba ok ya sabía que protocolo tenia que realizar para generar mi compra, y al momento de pagar con tarjeta, al ser mi segunda compra me permitió pagar con ella; teniendo ella un vidrio de seguridad, me solicita descaradamente el NIP de mi tarjeta de crédito enfrente de todos los presentes, yo obvio conteste con una negativa inmediatamente por seguridad, era una cosa descabellada lo que me solicitaba, claro ella argumentaba que la terminal no pasaba por el pequeño espacio para poder colocar yo mi firma electrónica, entonces decidí efectuar la transferencia en ese momento, ella al percatarse de que la iba a realizar desde mi dispositivo portátil, me amenazo tal cual que si le hacia transferencia me tenia que esperar media hora mas para poder corroborar que la transferencia haya pasado si así lo deseaba. ok yo considere que lo grosera que fue y el como hacia todo lo posible por no venderme era debido a que ya era jueves y ella no trabajaba el viernes y deseaba irse, pero ya en lunes realmente parecía que ella no desea venderme como si el favor me lo estuviera haciendo ella, en verdad espero que tomen en consideración el comentario, no pueden ofrecer el pago con tarjeta en su pagina de internet si cuando el cliente acude a realizar la compra le niegan el servicio o incluso si la transacción no es segura para el cliente amenacen al cliente para que haga la transacción bajo sus términos poniendo en riesgo la seguridad de mi información confidencial bancaria, no se en que mundo vive esa señora pero ese exceso de confianza es horrible por parte de ella.

Pésimo, pésimo, pésimo servicio. Esta es la segunda vez que acudo a comprarles (diciendo que como empresa mexicana hay que apoyar) unas cubetas de aceite. La atención es super pésima y parece que les estas pidiendo regalado. Mala atención, desde la secretaria hasta el encargado de almacén ya que para hacer el pedido se tardaron mucho tiempo (tienen un letrero que indica que si se tardan más de 15 minutos toques el timbre) y en almacen nos hicieron esperar también pues dijeron que revisaran donde estaban los productos adquiridos (porque no tenían idea de mi pedido)
