Estuve de visita la última semana de Julio 2020 en Pachuca, Desde que se hizo el contrato con Arriaga Previsión, no había tenido la oportunidad de ver el lugar personalmente, lo imagine lleno de árboles y de pasto verde bien cuidado.
Al menos es lo que muestran los vendedores y la página de internet de Arriaga Previsión. Quedé muy decepcionado por el lugar, "hay un mantenimiento" que aparentemente hay que pagar.... Las imágenes muestran la realidad del lugar. Por ser privado, me imaginé que tendría mejor cuidado. Pagar tanto dinero por un lugar que parece un lote baldío.
Very run down the place.
I was visiting the last week of July 2020 in Pachuca, Since the contract with Arriaga Previsión was made, I had not had the opportunity to see the place personally, I imagined it full of trees and well-kept green grass.
At least that is what the sellers and the Arriaga Previsión website show. I was very disappointed by the place, "there is a maintenance" that apparently you have to pay .... The pictures show the reality of the place. Being private, I figured I'd be better careful. Paying so much money for a place that looks like a vacant lot.
