Me dijeron que llamarían para entregarme mi traje y nunca lo hicieron cuando fui me dijeron que fue mi culpa y me hicieron responsable de que lo que ellos no hicieron, aparte de que discuten frente al cliente y quién te atiende siempre es alguien diferente nunca te dan seguimiente, el gerente o quién sea que esté acargo no te trata como se debería
Customer service is very precarious, it's bad, they tell you things and do. They told me that they would call to give me my suit and they never did when I went they told me it was my fault and they made me responsible for what they did not do, apart from arguing in front of the client and who attends you is always someone different, they never give you follow-up, the manager or whoever is in charge does not treat you as they should

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar súper recomendable, encuentras buenos precios y una buena variedad de trajes. Justo arriba del local hay un estacionamiento público así que es muy accesible. Además te ofrecen buenos descuentos en ciertas épocas y el personal suele ser muy amable y paciente al atenderte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, la señora nos atendió bien solo el primer día para que le compramos el traje y ella se llevara su COMISIÓN según estaba en descuento e incluía camisa y corbata lo cual fue mentira, aparte le preguntamos si podría estar para una fecha en específico ya que le faltaban unos detallitos nos dijo que si. Nos culparon por no recogerlo a tiempo cuando quedaron en llamar y nunca lo hicieron.
Si tiene algún evento importante NO confíen en su servicio les pueden quedar MAL!!
Terrible service, the lady took good care of us only the first day so that we bought her the suit and she took her COMMISSION as it was on discount and included a shirt and tie which was a lie, apart we asked her if she could be for a specific date already that he lacked some details, he said yes. They blamed us for not picking it up on time when they arranged to call and they never did.
If you have an important event, DO NOT trust your service, they may be BAD !!
