I have literally never left a review in my life because I am not one to complain. This time it got underneath my skin. This place has fraudulent practices to take every penny from you. Don’t get me wrong, we bought bottles and had several drinks, but what they say they charge is not what they ACTUALLY charged. First, they give you a menu that list all the prices and when we asked how much in United States dollars, they would tell us the bottle price divided by 22. Example, bottle was about 4400 pesos and divide that by 22, the bottle will cost approximately $200 USD for example. Which is completely fine. When they bring the check, however, it was not the same. What they did was 4400 pesos for the bottle, add the service charge of 20% (880) pesos (we always tip generously) totaling 5280 pesos. Instead of dividing it by 22 as was promised and was literally done with a calculator in the beginning, they divided it by 16. So, instead of one bottle costing 240 with tip, it cost 330 with tip. What’s even worse, they have a card fee that they don’t even mention because at that point, you are drunk. The card fee was 7% on top of the total fee. So that $330 bottle became $353. So what was meant to be a 240 bottle became $353. Lastly, they round the numbers up. I kid you not, they brought a check being one number and they bring it back again literally a couple minutes later and it increased another 500 pesos. Again, even if the bottle was 350 or more, we would still have gotten the bottle, but one thing I can not tolerate, is getting ripped off and lied to. Just be very mindful with the bill and I really hope it helps people in the future.

The worst club I saw, the service is very bad, the brazen guard who essentially robbs you, the price for entering $20 and each drink $20 but after drinking 7 drinks they demanded 350 € from me, not 140 $, people do not care about their reputation at all, I do not advise you to go there!!! Even 1 star is too much for this establishment!!!

My boyfriend and I went to this place on vacation and it was the worst and scariest experience we have ever been through . In the beginning we were having fun but when it came down to paying they would not accept our card so I had to go outside to use ATM and while I went to get the money they threw my boyfriend in the back and started hitting him with a cushioned pole to not leave any bruises or marks on him . We finally paid and left but as soon as we left we realized they had put something in our drinks . Literally didn’t even finished our 1 and only drink but whatever was in there deff got to us and we were completely lost. Do notttt recommend this place at all especially as a tourist they will try to get every dollar/peso out of you!
