Nefasto. Por ser extranjero me toman por pendejo. Ayer sabado, compre, mejor dicho me hicieron pagar un traje de forma integra saltandose la ley y a profeco. Al ir a recojerlo, veo en mi saco diversas taras y kes digo que lo quiero nuevo...al pasar mas tarde, me lo intentan colar de nuevo. Hoy, ahora mismo me querian dar un traje que no era el mio. Les reclamo...me dicen que el mio me lo tienen para mañana. Me niego rotundamente a este mal servicio y tomadura de pelo. Se niegan a devolverme el importe...increible...cualquier otro sitio pero comprar trajes en Mens factory no. Roban, mienten y engañan.
Disastrous. For being a foreigner they take me for an asshole. Yesterday Saturday, I bought, rather they made me pay for a suit in an integral way, bypassing the law and prophecy. When I go to pick it up, I see various defects in my bag and I say I want it new ... when I pass by later, they try to strain it again. Today, right now they wanted to give me a suit that was not mine. I claim ... they tell me they have mine for tomorrow. I flatly refuse this bad service and teasing. They refuse to refund the amount ... incredible ... anywhere else but buy suits at Mens factory not. They steal, lie and cheat.

I will write this in English first: I bought a nice sport coat and got hustled into a “promotion purchase”, but it was okay, because I could use the 3 items in the promotion. One item was a tie that I decided I didn’t want. I was told I could exchange it for either more socks or underwear. I chose the socks. The socks were 100 pesos cheaper than the tie, so they gave me a store credit. I then selected a shirt for 400 pesos...leaving me a balance of 300 pesos I had to pay. When I went to pay for the shirt, I asked for the other socks...and they told me I wasn’t able to have them...that they weren’t part of the credit or exchange. We argued for 5 minutes...long story short...I told them to give me my original items, and that they can keep the shirt...I won’t be buying it today, or anything else in the future. Horrible customer service!!! And it wasn’t because I couldn’t understand them... I speak Spanish quite well. En español: Compré un saco de la tienda y como parte de una promoción podría comprar tres cosas por cómo setecientos pesos. Una cosa fue una corbata...decidí que no quise la corbata y pregunté si podría intercambiar la corbata por algo diferente. Me dijo un hombre que podría escoger otros calcetines o ropa interior. Escoge los calcetines...sin embargo, los calcetines costaron 100 pesos menos de la corbata, y el hombre me dijo que tengo un crédito en la tienda de 100 pesos. Con el crédito, seleccioné una camisa que cuesta 400 pesos, así...tuve que pagar la diferencia de 300 pesos. Cuando intenté pagar, yo pedí mis otros calcetines, y me dijeron que no fueron parte del intercambio ni el crédito y que no podría tenerlos. Discutimos por 5 minutos...decidí tomar las cosas originales de la promoción y les dije a ellos que no compraría nada más en hoy y nada más en el futuro tampoco. Servicio horrible...y, en realidad, pienso que me trataron en esa manera porque soy Gringo...que lástima!

Pésimo servicio Compre una camisa de manga larga que ocupaba para una conferencia, y la vendedora terca en que tenía que comprar tres. Le dije que no como 4 o 5 veces. Hasta que al fin me cobró 1 pero de mala cara. Le pregunté que si la camisa se encojia después de lavar y me aseguró que no. Eso no importa, si se encoje sólo compraría una talla más grande. En fin, la conferencia se canceló y ademas,me tube que regresar de emergencia a mi país. Nunca me puse la camisa. Regrese y la misma empleada estaba ahí y se reuso en devolverla. Me dijo que no hay devoluciones. Ok, excepto en el comprobante de cuenta indicaba que si hay siempre y cuando tenga el comprobante original, la prenda no fuera promoción ni regalo. Le señale esto y dijo que técnicamente si es regaló. Regaló a quien? Pues a ti mismo. Que estupideces son estas cosas? Creo que me vio la cara de fastidiado y luego dijo. Además como pagaste con tarjeta es imposible regresarte tu dinero. A la próxima paga efectivo. No va a ver próxima, aunque viviera alado de este lugar. Total la camisa era bonita y no tengo tiempo para estar alegando con una víbora muerta de hambre. Llegando a mi país puse a labar la prenda porque estaba llena de polvo de la tienda. Y se encojio y no me queda. Les enseñaré la foto del recibo como prueba y además incluye el nombre de la empleada, por si les atiende. No debe de ser así. Obvio le importaba nada mas comicion. Pero le vale el servicio al cliente. Disculpen la mala gramática, español no es mi primer lenguaje.
