 The pizzas are nice but their customer service when calling is terrible they serve you in a bad way they are not customer friendly, if they improved that would be excellent.

Desde que existe este establecimiento hemos comprado con ellos, las pizzas son muy buenas y tienen buena variedad, sea la especialidad que se elija!!!
Ya los hemos recomendado con muchas personas que también la han probado al venir de visita!
El servicio a domicilio también es muy eficaz y la persona amable.
Pero algo que si detesto mucho sobretodo en estos últimos meses es la actitud de la persona que contesta las llamadas, no sé si siempre sea la misma ó van cambiando pero se le nota el fastidio con el que atiende y no puede romper el "protocolo” que lleva al orden en que pregunta las cosas!!
Apesar de eso no me quita la intención de seguir consumiendo allí, pero tampoco estoy dispuesto a tolerar ese modo si yo como cliente le contesto bien!

Poco tiempo después de que escribí esto volvimos a pedir y ya contesta otra persona, me alegra decir que ahora sí me vuelvo a sentir cómodo como para dejar las 5 estrellas de calificación!

Since this establishment has existed we have bought with them, the pizzas are very good and they have a good variety, whatever specialty is chosen !!!
We have already recommended them to many people who have also tried it when they come to visit!
The home delivery is also very efficient and the person friendly.
But something that if I hate a lot, especially in recent months, is the attitude of the person who answers the calls, I don't know if it is always the same or they change but you can see the annoyance with which he attends and cannot break the "protocol" which leads to the order in which he asks things !!
Despite that, it does not take away my intention to continue consuming there, but I am not willing to tolerate that way if I, as a customer, answer correctly!
