★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo hice un trámite con esta persona Héctor Mendoza el "gerente de está inmobiliaria" que por cierto tienen varias sucursales, me hizo el trámite de un traspaso y quedó en regresarme un porcentaje de lo que Infonavit depósito(diferencia a mí favor) en una cuenta obvio que yo abrí y que este señor logro ganarse mi total confianza y yo creyendo en el le di mi tarjeta en dónde Infonavit me depósito dep diferencia que les comparto, èl retiro todo el depósito y no me regreso ningún dinero se quedó con el, e visitado en varias ocasiones su oficina y le e llamado y enviado msj y WhatsApp y no contesta, ni me da respuesta. Logré tener contacto con el comprador y pues a este también le quedó mal.
El traspaso de esta vivienda se realizó en Diciembre del 2018.
Tengan cuidado y estén alertas por más bien a persona que se vean no confíen y busquen más opciones.
Cabe mencionar que igual el hizo todo el trámite, ( escrituras, pueso al corriente el predial y agua en ceros) pero aún así fue mucho menos de todo el dinero que retiro.
Les recomiendo hacer el trámite en la oficina correspondiente es mejor pasar un día entero o más de dos vueltas a qué te estafen de esta manera.
 Some time ago I made a formality with this person Hector Mendoza the "manager of this real estate" that certainly have several branches, I made the process of a transfer and was in return a percentage of what Infonavit deposit (difference to me please) in a obvious account that I opened and that this man managed to gain my total confidence and I believed in him I gave him my card where Infonavit deposited deposit difference that I share, he withdrew all the deposit and I did not return any money he kept with him, and visited his office several times and I called him and sent msj and WhatsApp and he does not answer, nor does he give me an answer. I managed to have contact with the buyer and then this one also went wrong.
The transfer of this home was made in December 2018.
Be careful and be alert rather to the person you see not trust and look for more options.
It is worth mentioning that he did all the paperwork, (deeds, current title and water in zeros) but still it was much less than all the money that I withdraw.
I recommend you do the procedure in the corresponding office, it is better to spend a whole day or more than two laps to what they cheat you in this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace casi 11 meses que inicie un trámite de compra para un departamento para el cual me pidieron un adelanto de $10,000 ya que esto era para gastos, avalúo , etc. La venta no se concretó porque Infonavit no aceptó el departamento. Desde ese entonces, 11 meses después me tienen con largas para hacerme el reembolso de mi dinero. Son unos rateros, en especial Karla Mendoza que fue con quien trate directamente.
Es una pena que abusen así de la confianza que uno les da.
Solo espero que no haya más gente que caiga en su fraude.
Almost 11 months ago I started a purchase process for an apartment for which they asked me for an advance of $ 10,000 since this was for expenses, appraisal, etc. The sale fell through because Infonavit did not accept the apartment. Since then, 11 months later, they have me long to get my money back. They are thieves, especially Karla Mendoza who was the one with whom I dealt directly.
It's a shame that they abuse the trust you give them like that.
I just hope there are no more people who fall for their fraud.
