Compré una garrafa de aceite bardahl de 5L el cual costo $350 y me regalaron el cambio de aceite, el cual fue rapidísimo y muy amable. Aparte limpiaron el motor y me dieron una malla para el sol.
Así que si buscan las 3b ( bueno, bonito barato) en su cambio de aceite, este es el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, que lastima ir a una refaccionaria que lleva muchos años y tiene un renombre, mi padre compraba en la sucursal de Moctezuma cuando yo era niño, antes creo la atención y el surtido era excelente. Ahora vas a con pedos te atienden, de mala gana y no saben lo que venden, se ve que entre los empleados hay un mal ambiente laboral, se puede sentir, venden por vender y no les importa venderte algo que no te sirve y vas a tener que regresar a cambiar, y si no te sirve no quieren hacer una devolución. Pésimo servicio! Es cuestión de años para que ese negocio vaya a la quiebra, si no mejoran y se actualizan en sistema, atención a cliente etc. En lo personal jamás vuelvo a comprar en esta refaccionaria, más de una vez me han quedado mal de forma ventajosa y/o negligente. No recomiendo comprar aquí.

Si quieres preguntar por algún precio o producto por teléfono es imposible, su línea nunca sirve. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy poco amables las señoritas que atienden y no tienen ni idea de resolver una duda, tuve que ir ha un café internet a conseguir un manual para poder comprar una refacción tan simple como una batería y pues creo que deberían de ser capacitadas en su puesto como vendedoras y no simplemente contestar con: no, no se ,no puedo, no lo conosco etc
