★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio. Muy amables, alguna vez se tardaron con un trámite pero siempre me entregaron lo solicitado. Tratan de mantener en buen estado el edificio, entre los administradores de edificios con los que he tenido contacto, ellos son buenos ?.
Very good service. Very kind, once they took a step but they always delivered what I requested. They try to keep the building in good condition, among the building managers with whom I have had contact, they are good ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los departamentos de Sur 73 Están en muy mal estado nunca se les da mantenimeinto y ponen en riesgo la seguridad de quien renta sus edificios. Hay demasiado daño en el edificio y no dan ningún tipo de mantenimiento al igual que con las plagas. (cucarachas)
The departments of Sur 73 are in a very bad state, they are never maintained and put at risk the security of those who rent their buildings. There is too much damage in the building and they do not give any kind of maintenance as with pests. (cockroaches)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé 3 meses en el depa’ compartido en el 4404 de Sur 75. El primer mes fue un desastre. No había agua o no había agua caliente la mitad del tiempo. La lavadora no fue instalada de manera correcta.
El contrato fue abusivo y no respetaron la parte que dice que no se puede incrementar la renta en un año. Querían incrementar más del 10% después de 3 meses. Estábamos en semáforo naranja durante la firma del contrato y cuando se iba a renovar. Eso fue poco amable y profesional considerando el contexto económico.
Si quería estar con mi novia me querían hacer pagar más y pedir permiso cada que fuera aunque pasaba la mitad del tiempo en su casa también.
Pero gracias a dios hay unos puntos positivos : la cama era muy cómoda y la habitación bien iluminada.
Pero aguas, se escucha un avión cada 2,5 minutos !
Fidelizar es siempre mejor que intentar encontrar nuevos clientes para pagar más.
I stayed 3 months in the shared apartment at 4404 South 75. The first month was a disaster. There was no water or no hot water half the time. The washing machine was not installed correctly.
The contract was abusive and they did not respect the part that says that the rent cannot be increased in one year. They wanted to increase more than 10% after 3 months. We were on an orange light during the signing of the contract and when it was going to be renewed. That was unkind and unprofessional considering the economic context.
If I wanted to be with my girlfriend, they wanted to make me pay more and ask for permission every time, even though I spent half the time at her house as well.
But thank goodness there are some good points: the bed was very comfortable and the room well lit.
But waters, you hear a plane every 2.5 minutes!
Loyalty is always better than trying to find new customers to pay more.
