Excellent ??location very close to fifth avenue, the building is brand new and everything is very close. The roof is amazing!

ABSOLUTELY NOT ADVISABLE TO RENT HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing new building with an amazing ocean view from the pool! The location is also perfect, you can walk to the beach or the Quinta avenida without problem! The studio is very practical and exactly what you need for your holidays! Love it and we will be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in many "Luxury buildings in Playa " and this is the worst period. The staff that work the door have disgusting attitudes, they dont even speak when you walk in the lobby. For it to be a secure building they are often not at the front desk and they give visitors a hard time. Also the building has a infestation of ants. I was going to purchase a condo across the street from the developer that built this building. But after seeing alot of there craftsmanship and employees I will take my money elsewhere.
