★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have enjoyed coming here for a while now, the "private" studio is very comfortable and clean and Jessico and Marcela are wonderful people who do a great good job in attending you and realising your ideas. The foot and hand massages at the end are my favourite part. Totally recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at 12. They pushed it back to 12.15 10 minutes before because they were running late with a previous appointment. Happens. It was okay. At 12.10 they pushed back my appointment again to 12.30. Unfortunate, but okay. I got there at 12.35 and texted them as it is a private entrance and they needed to buzz me up. 10 minutes later I finally get a response telling me they‘ll come down and get me. I wait. And wait. Text them again. And wait. I left at around 1pm after seeing nobody, not receiving any response to my messages and told them I grew tired of waiting. At 1.05pm I get a message „oooohhhh where are you? We came down and you’re not here?!“. Explained the whole thing again to them because obviously my previous messages weren’t clear enough. And went to another nail salon. Left there happy and will not waste my time with Menos Es Mas again.

The studio is beautiful and special, and it was so sweet to have a private space for the experience— i’ve never been in a nail salon like it! Highly recommended.
