It is the first time I visited the place, I had no idea how to do the process for my shipment, before arriving I was a little stressed, but the young man who attends very kindly guided me with the shipment and I look for the best option for what I needed, I highly recommend it, prices are accessible, located in a busy area on av. Chamber of commerce in Villa haciendas, has parking spaces in front, the place is in a small square. All excellent.

Mi paquete eran unos documentos de Mérida a Playa, que en Rastreo aparecía en "tránsito" tres días y no son capaces de comunicarse con el destinatario para avisar que cometieron el error de no enviarlo. I do not recommend the service. My package was some documents from Mérida to Playa, which in Tracking appeared in "transit" for three days and they are not able to communicate with the recipient to warn that they made the mistake of not sending it.

You'll find many post offices in Merida but none like this one! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and bilingual. Whenever I need to send or receive a package, I always make sure to go through this particular Pak Mail branch because they ensure without fail expedient delivery services at competitive prices. Foreigners, no one will walk you through the process of sending and receiving mail in Mexico quite like this particular Pak Mail branch so you are recommended--nay, urged!--to avail yourself of the services of the staff at this Pak Mail, as if your life depended on it (because chances are it really does even if you don't know it, and this is so not an understatement--I've had a TON of close calls and heartaches dealing with mail in Mexico, don't even get me started!). Topmost stars in my book! Tell them Todd sent ya!
