Llegan tarde, y aparte se molestan y amenazan con irse y no llevarse la carga, pésimo! One of the worst services there is, they charge you for a collection service and send lazy people, they do not want to carry the merchandise, or they send older people. Estuve esperando que pasara el servicio de recolección durante 3 días siendo que ellos pasan al día sieguiente, y tuve problemas con mi cliente para la entrega, si buscas un servicio de rápido y eficiente te recomiendo que optes por una paquetería bien establecida como DHL, estafeta o FedEx, un poco más costoso pero sin contratiempos. I do not recommend this package at all. I was waiting for the collection service to pass for 3 days being that they pass the next day, and I had problems with my client for delivery, if you are looking for a fast and efficient service I recommend that you opt for a well-established parcel like DHL, courier or FedEx, a little more expensive but without a hitch.
