La atención al cliente cuenta mucho, esta bueno pero por esos detalles pierden puntos.
The lady who is in charge of making the quesadillas is very bad faced, you ask her for something and she doesn't even say yes.
Customer service counts a lot, it's good but for those details they lose points.
