★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor menudo de León, todas sus sucursales se abastecen de la sucursal centro por lo tanto en todas es el mismo. Nada de grasa, con buen sabor, carne tierna y el caldo pesadito. Un sitio para ir dos o tres veces al mes y no te aburres; ni hablar si te quieres quitar la cruda unas quesadillas de menudo con salsa roja, de lujo!.
The best of León, all its branches are supplied by the central branch, therefore it is the same in all. No fat, with good flavor, tender meat and the broth pesadito.
