★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención pésima, parece que te están corriendo desde una hora antes de cerrar, realmente mientras comes están levantando las mesas y lavando los pisos y ollas. El pedido lo tuve que hacer varias veces y aún así me lo traían incompleto

Horrible, bad service. The last straw was today when the belly had a piece spoiled, I returned it and they still charged it. Anyway, one less customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡¡MMMAAALLL!!! Mal, mal,mal. Mala experiencia el día de hoy. Somos o mejor dicho éramos clientes asiduos de la Menudería Jalisco. Íbamos casi cada fin de semana al establecimiento de la Plaza San Fermín. Hoy mi esposa detectó que unos trozos tenían un mal sabor y olor como si estuvieran en mal estado y un olor similar se percibía en el baño que se comunica con la cocina. Se le hizo saber al mesero (de manera discreta) y respondió que no había problema que se admitía la devolución y no se cobraría, pero después regresó el mesero y la supuesta encargada y argumentó que no se podía y que se incluiría en la cuenta porque no están autorizados a aceptar el regreso del plato (a pesar de que apenas se había empezado a consumir). Le dijimos que por fortuna no se trataba de que nos regalaran nada.
Es lamentable que un negocio con sucursales, bien establecimiento y con notables ganancias no tenga la política de total satisfacción del cliente o no tengan encargados debidamente instruidos. Saludos cordiales para todos.
MMMAAALL!!! Bad bad bad. Bad experience today. We are or rather we were regular customers of the Menudería Jalisco. We used to go almost every weekend to the establishment in Plaza San Fermín. Today my wife detected that some pieces had a bad taste and smell as if they were in bad condition and a similar smell was perceived in the bathroom that communicates with the kitchen. The waiter was informed (in a discreet manner) and he replied that there was no problem that the return was allowed and would not be charged, but later the waiter and the supposed manager returned and argued that it could not be done and that it would be included in the bill because they are not allowed to accept the return of the dish (despite the fact that it had only just begun to be consumed). We told him that fortunately it was not that they gave us anything.
It is unfortunate that a business with branches, well established and with notable profits does not have a policy of total customer satisfaction or does not have duly instructed managers. Kind regards to all.
