Ofrecen un menudo rojo muy rico que mantiene un sazón peculiar, cuidan el detalle de hacerlo delgado (sin grasa) si así lo prefieres.
Sus tortillas son recién hechas con una masa muy rica que te deleitarán el paladar, ten en cuenta que son grandes, muy grandes para que consideres si pides algún taco, quesadilla o más para tú menudo.
Son una menuderia que te ofrece además de su rico menudo en platos
• Mini.
• Chico.
• Mediano.
• Grande.
Con Carnaza, o Labio, o la típica carne (libro, ranilla)
Tienen para ofrecerte en desayunos también
¤ Quesadillas Sencillas, con Carne, con Frijoles o con Guiso (pregunta por los guisos del día).
¤ Tacos de Frijol.
¤ Pellizcadas de Queso, Mantequilla, Frijol, Carne o Guiso (pregunta por los guisos del día).
¤ Huevos al gusto (Jamón, Tocino, Chorizo, A la Mexicana, Divorciados, Rancheros, Escondidos y Estrellados).

En mesa tienen un rico Chile de árbol molido con tomate, mejorana, cebolla, limón, chile de árbol seco, sal para que puedas complementar, si eres como yo que además del Chile preparado y el seco te gusta agregar el chile verde No dudes en solicitarlo con agrado te lo harán llegar.
En bebidas cuentan con jugos (pregunta los del día), café de olla (mencionó mí acompañante Isa que muy delicioso auténtico de olla), tés y Refrescos de la compañía Coca Cola.
En esta ocasión probé el menudo y me fue suficiente con uno chico pues están bien servidos y quise acompañarlo con una quesadilla sencilla; ambos muy deliciosos para el paladar.
