★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la andanzas matutinas por el viejo barrio de Mezquitan me tope con una pequeña fonda dónde vi un entrar y salir de vecinos a comer en el local y otros con trastos para llevar las órdenes de menudencias ya sea rojo o amarillo, otros tantos hacen fila mientras se ponen al día de sus vidas. Ese trajinar es en Menudería Rosita, un pequeño lugar de índole familiar establecido desde hace casi cuatro décadas, tiempo en que sus delicias han tomado fama. En mi caso al asomarme a la cocina me atrajeron los húmeantes peroles con menudo. Pedi de ambos tipos de platillo con gordas tortillas de maiz y quedé encantado con su caracterisco sabor y matiz jaliscience, y además disfrute un fresco y nutritivo jugo mixto recién hecho de naranja y zanahoria. La atención y servicio es muy atenta, tienen detallitos en mensajes amables con los comensales "Buen día", y sin necesidad de emoticones!
