★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best menudo I have ever had! The fact that they offer a no grease option is incredible. The small size is a nice portion, it comes with fresh handmade tortillas, a guacamole side, and quesadillas! The coffee, is what they call "de hoya", which means they boil it with cinnamon and natural sugar. So delicious, no need to add sugar. For the menudo, you can request if you just want the stomach lining, or if you want it to include tripe, pigs feet, or what they call "cayo". It was my first time trying cayo. If you have an issue with the texture of the stomach lining, this is perfect, it's not slimy, or chewy. I will definitely be coming back with friends!
