Pésima experiencia en general. 1) Resulta que no había ningún vino de los cuatro que tenían anunciados en el menú. 2) Nos trajeron un vino que no se de donde sacaron si se supone que no había y estaba más viejo que nada (negocio del mesero?) el corcho se rompió al abrirlo y cayeron pedazos en la botella y en las copas. 3) Lograr que trajeran la cuenta y que se hicieran cargo de su vino viejo fue una odisea. 4) Para rematar el menú que nos tocó ese día era de platillos solo con almejas no había variedad cómo sale en las fotos de redes y nadie del personal pudo explicar en qué consistían, cuando pudimos ordenar ya no probamos nada porque nunca lo llevaron. No entendimos como pueden atender tan deficientemente si contaban con más personal que comensales.

El lugar tiene una vibra especial. Muy bien decorado el ambiente en su totalidad. Un lugar exclusivo y con buenos cocktails el barman Raphael se lució con sus preparaciones y atención!!! Muy recomendado y los valores están dentro de su nivel relación precio calidad.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in 3 years. Possibly the worst experience in my life. - Got a table the size of 4 after asking for 5 (this was fine and we fit fine for our sizes) - Missing table setting for one and they didn’t get in until after we finished some food - Everything took at least 30 min after ordering - Forgot about: Topo Chico, Whiskey, 2 Pork Bellies, and an ice cream - Ordered at various times - The owner of the restaurant, from Australia who has lived here in CDMX for 5 years, came out to talk to us and dismissed COVID as “just a flu”. “Only weak people die from it”. - The items that were not served to us were not taken off the receipt - They charged us for the large Topo Chicos instead of the small ones - Broth soup with cilantro and the short ribs tonight were good - The rest of the presentation was meh - Chicken wings were not good and served on dry, unedible rice - Their apology was the ice cream that they forgot in the first place 100% don’t embody food as an art here. Lack of care. Don’t go. though, also, I heard it’s okay for grabbing drinks. p.s. this review is not a cultural misunderstanding as half of our party are locals of CDMX

The space and food is really awesome, but unfortunately, we had major issues when paying. When we arrived, they said they had internet issues so it was cash only. We kept that in mind and planned to only order a few items since we only had a certain amount of cash on us. Halfway through, they said the internet was fixed so we could use a credit card, so we ordered more food and drinks, beyond what we had in cash. When it came time to pay, they again had internet issues, so we spent over an hour waiting to pay, which on its own, we could forgive. However, when we did pay, they ended up overcharging us significantly. First, they charged us for 6oz pours of sake, when the pours were roughly 2oz. But after waiting for an hour to pay, we took the loss and agreed to a final amount. Again, oh well, we just wanted to get out of there. The breaking point was that the owner signed our bill for us(?) so we didn't even agree to the final amount and they didn't provide us with a receipt. When we went to check the final amount that went through on our credit card, it was 30% higher than what we verbally agreed to. Overall, a very strange experience.

Please brief your staff, if you make reservations respect them. I got a reservation with someone on Instagram but the security guy never let me in, he was saying the place was close or that there was no place there. Then he let enter people that where friends with one of the staff (maybe the bar manager?). This place has been recommended by an other cocktail bar in Mexico city but it's literally a joke. The first person hosting you is one of the basic of hospitality and what's gonna start your experience the right way or not. I try a lot of bars and restaurants in every city i went, i usually never leave reviews except if it's an amazing place or if it's terrible. Here it's definitely the second one. Worst bar, worst hosting, worst experience so far in Mexico city. Don't go there until they fix the way they host.

Such a cool place, nice vibes, the food was soooo good. For drinks we had mead and sake, delicious snd served beautifully. Will come back

My favorite place in cdmx. Ross the chef is a master of Southeast Asian Cuisine and Claudia the bartender is so talented, charismatic and speaks perfect English.

Food are great and the best is the dessert. Great place for catching up with friends.
