★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay forma de establecer contacto con gerente, supervisor o alguien de rango mayor a vendedor de mostrador, por lo tanto no son capaces de resolver las problemáticas que se les presentan, NO dan certificados de autenticidad ni cajas originales, y si el producto sale malo, no devuelven el dinero, te obligan a llevar otro producto.
There is no way to establish contact with a manager, supervisor or someone higher than a counter salesman, therefore they are not able to solve the problems that are presented to them, they DO NOT give certificates of authenticity or original boxes, and if the product comes out bad , they do not return the money, they force you to carry another product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite la sucursal de Walmart y la señora que me atendió lo hizo de muy mala manera le pedí k me mostrará 3 cosas y la tercera se metió y no me atendió, muy mala atención. Iba a comprar un anillo si me quedaba¡¡ pero con esa mala actitud ya no lo compre¡¡ y eso k esta vacio¡¡ solo era yo de clienta.
I visited the Walmart branch and the lady who attended me did it very badly, I asked her to show me 3 things and the third one got in and did not attend me, very bad attention. I was going to buy a ring if I stayed, but with that bad attitude I didn't buy it anymore, and it's empty, it was just me as a client.
