★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue un poco rara, yo iba por manicura, pedicura, pestañas y baño de color (a consideración del profesional y que me sugiriera algo lindo)... todo perfecto con la atención de las chicas e incluso la atención con las niñeras fue súper! (Lleve a mi hijita). Pero en cuanto a los servicios el pedicura spa lo he tomado en vite spa (la loma) y es el mismo precio y mas completo! Siento que les falta personal porqué yo veía muchas cabinas de uñas y ya no me las arreglaron porque no habia tiempo, pero en realidad no habia gente creo solo hay una chava (cuando yo fuí). La peor parte fue el estilista, dijo que ya no le daba tiempo porqué mi proceso sería largo y lo entendi. Pero me dio la impresión que para hacer venta me ofreció unos productos disque mas naturales de los que yo usaba y demás.. sí le creí y los compre sin leer los componentes y para mi sorpresa es mas químico que nada, acabe con una comezón horrible! Y de hecho al colocar el producto huele a tinte literal, me comunique con ellos para que me dieran la opción de regresar el producto que me había dañado y que el dermatologo dijo que lo mejor era suspenderlo por que pues si tenía varios componentes no tan buenos para el cuero cabelludo, y solo me dijeron que me llamarían y ya nunca lo hicieron a demás mi cabello me llega a los hombros y me querían cobrar 5mil pesos por el baño de color y decolorar cosa que si en efecto eso pagaba con anterioridad pero mi cabello me llegaba a la cadera... total lo deje pasar y posterior pedí una cotización para mi baby shower y literal me ignoraron, hasta que finalmente les dije que pues muchas gracias y solo me dijeron algo de la administración y hasta hoy sigo sin cotización... pero lo que si esta cool son las vistas y la ludoteca.
My experience was a bit strange, I went for a manicure, pedicure, eyelashes and a color bath (at the discretion of the professional and to suggest something nice) ... all perfect with the attention of the girls and even the attention with the babysitters was Super! (I took my daughter). But as for the services, the spa pedicure I have taken in vite spa (la loma) and it is the same price and more complete! I feel that they lack staff because I saw many nail booths and they no longer fixed them because there was no time, but in reality there were no people I think there is only one girl (when I went). The worst part was the stylist, he said that he didn't have time anymore because my process would be long and I understood. But he gave me the impression that to make a sale he offered me some more natural disc products than the ones I used and others ... I did believe him and bought them without reading the components and to my surprise it is more chemical than anything, I ended up with a horrible itch ! And in fact when placing the product it smells like literal dye, I contacted them so that they would give me the option of returning the product that had damaged me and that the dermatologist said that it was best to suspend it because it had several components that were not so good for the scalp, and they only told me that they would call me and they never did it to others, my hair reaches my shoulders and they wanted to charge me 5 thousand pesos for the color bath and bleach something that if indeed that was paid before but my hair came to my hips ... I totally let it pass and later I asked for a quote for my baby shower and they literally ignored me, until finally I said thank you very much and they only told me something about the administration and to this day I am still without a quote ... but what is cool are the views and the toy library.
