Los trabajos los hacen al cinco para la hora y lo peor de todo es que estos adolecen de calidad y buena presentación. En mi caso se equivocaron con 3 de los 4 empastados, (mezclaron hojas, refinaron mal y dejaron el pegamento expuesto sobre las tapas) y encima se molestan porque les haces ver sus errores. Busquen mejores imprentas por el rumbo de Ciudad Universitaria porque el equipo que trabaja en Mercadeo Multiple es un bodrio. WE LOOSE. It is the word to describe the poor service offered in the thesis pastes. The works are done at five for the hour and the worst of all is that these suffer from quality and good presentation. In my case they were wrong with 3 of the 4 pastes, (they mixed leaves, refined badly and left the glue exposed on the covers) and on top of that they get upset because you make them see their mistakes. Look for better printers for the direction of University City because the team that works in Multiple Marketing is a mess.

Te dicen que la entrega un día a las 7 pm y no lo tienen listo por supuestas fallas en sus máquinas, voy al día siguiente a medio día y que mis empastados solo hay 3 de 5 y uno de ellos por error lo mandaron a la sucursal de CU, finalmente tuve que ir por ese a la otra sucursal y que el empastado faltante me lo tienen en 2 horas en la sucursal centro. Hago tiempo de más con otras actividades y regreso 4 hrs DESPUÉS y me dicen que aún no está listo y mejor lo espero en su sucursal 15 min. Definitivamente no los recomiendo por su lentitud. Les daría 1 estrella pero por sus caramelos que regalan y que tienen TV y bancos para sentarse les pongo 2 estrellas. Bad service, a lot of disorganization and unpunctuality with jobs. They tell you that the delivery one day at 7 pm and they do not have it ready for alleged failures in their machines, I go the next day at noon and that my plasters are only 3 of 5 and one of them mistakenly sent it to the branch CU, I finally had to go through that one to the other branch and that the missing paste has it in 2 hours at the center branch. I do more time with other activities and return 4 hours later and they tell me that they are not ready yet and I better wait for them at their branch 15 min. I definitely do not recommend them for their slowness. I would give them 1 star but for their candies they give away and they have TV and benches to sit on, I give them 2 stars.
