★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walking downtown Tlaquepaque and found the mercdo by accident since I saw a big sign at the entrance stating "Artesanias inside". It was a little difficult to find where the "atesanias" were but finally found them on the third floor. I just did not like the fact that it was very difficult to find plus the place looked kind of lonely up there. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mercado has everything imaginable. It is a wonderful place to shop, eat, or take photos. A little on the dirty side at times, but with so many people going in and out, that is to be expected. We have eaten there many times and always love walking through the different floors looking for flowers, kitchen items, and meats and produce. I recommend Mariscos Choya on the ground floor. Good seafood tacos, and great tortas ahogadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a pintoresque please to visit. The mixture of smells, colors and textures is amazing. The food I wonderful, delicious and extremely cheap, which is surprising and refreshing. It's a very lively place to visit and quite an adventure. Remember to buy flowers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years now. Is a perfect place to go and buy groceries for a very good price and then enjoy the vibe of Tlaquepaque's center plaza afterwards. It has a parking lot which is very convenient because is very hard to find a spot on the street.
