★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience. I love going to the market, great produce, reasonably priced meat, lots of people and many treasures to see. The vendors are always patient with my limited Spanish. One caveat, the produce vendors have no refrigeration so it's best to buy lettuce and celery elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you would like to have a very Mexican breakfast to a very decent price, this place might be one of your best options. Some of the dishes are just delicious and they have hand made tortillas. People really like menudo, a white beef stew, made out of the stomach, which it's simply delicious. If you go upstairs you'll find several food stalls, with different options each one of them
