Este es un claro ejemplo de ello
Los huaraches se ubican casi en la mitad del mercado. Y ya tienen de establecidos unos 40 años, que es el tiempo desde que los conozco, en ese entonces contaba con un molcajete enoooorme de salsa verde y roja, por ese molcajete se reconocía el lugar, que tenía una banca en la periferia de los dos puestos que ocupaba el lugar, misma banca que se llenaba en su totalidad a la hora de la comida y había personas paradas comiendo huaraches o quesadillas
