★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En tiempos de pandemia cuidan mucho el lugar. He visto casi a diario a dos jovenes (1 cada puerta) con gel antibacterialy negándote la entrada sin cubrebocas para el cuidado de la gente ya que adentro cierta parte ya son personas de edad avanzada.
En productos todo se mira fresco y te atienden bien.
In times of pandemic they take great care of the place. Almost daily I have seen two young people (1 each door) with antibacterial gel and denying you entry without a mask for the care of people since inside a certain part they are already elderly.
In products everything looks fresh and they serve you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la década de los 70's, éste mercado eran puestos de madera con láminas de cartón, hasta hace pocos años la esquina de 4a. poniente y 1a. Norte era tiradero de basura llegando a ser un foco de infección, motivo por el cual los vecinos y locatarios decidieron erigir un santuario a la virgen de la limpieza que se festeja cada 1er domingo del mes de mayo con música y comida que aportan todos. Ayer se presentaron el ballet de danza regional cuicuilco, un colectivo de música regional mexicana y el dueto chileno de Pablo, se hizo mención del rechazo vecinal al proyecto inmobiliario Estadio Azteca de 2026 por la gentrificacion que va a causar en nuestros barrios originarios tlalpenses.
In the 70's, this market consisted of wooden stalls with cardboard sheets, until a few years ago the corner of 4th. west and 1a. Norte was a garbage dump, becoming a source of infection, which is why the neighbors and tenants decided to erect a sanctuary to the virgin of cleaning that is celebrated every 1st Sunday of the month of May with music and food that everyone contributes. Yesterday, the cuicuilco regional dance ballet, a Mexican regional music group and Pablo's Chilean duet were presented, mention was made of the neighborhood rejection of the 2026 Estadio Azteca real estate project due to the gentrification it will cause in our native Tlalpense neighborhoods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un mercado pequeño, pero está limpio y ordenado. Los precios no me parecieron muy atractivos con respecto de otros lugares. La barbacoa de 'Los borreguitos' está buena, los tacos tienen muy buen tamaño.
It's a small market, but it's clean and tidy. The prices did not seem very attractive compared to other places. The barbecue at 'Los borreguitos' is good, the tacos are very good size.
