i have had to return the last few items i have purchased which is a hastle. perfumes are fake, items are damaged or inclomplete, bad quality chinese merchandise and mercado libre seems to allow these practices and look the other way. im going back to walmart or trying linio although i do recommend it for odds and ends and average household or personal items. dont take a chance on high priced items or name brands.

Mercado Libre hoarders Thief Sellers. I will be closing my account, although I admit, in the past few years I did find better prices and things I could not order on amazon USA nor Amazon Mx. I will simply never support a programed dishonesty. Mercado Libre is hoarding sellers who are selling phantom items. They never ship. These sellers are allowed to use the “Buy Now” instead of “Put to Basket” option. Mercado Libre set up this option and it seems it is only for one reason- to rip off buyers. This option allows a Thief Seller to say that they will ship in 65 days. They know from the get go that Mercado Libre will not do a thing to refund money, nor that they will be red flagged by Mercado Libre and removed from the platform. This is because the ML policy allows filing any complaint only up to 60 days. In short, Mercado Libre, fully aware, participates in this fraud. I will never again buy from Mercado Libre. Amazon MX is getting better. Amazon USA ships a lot, and more and more individual business are improving their online sales. I am testing as I write a “boarder less” reputable company in Texas to where I can ship amazon orders that don’t ship to MX directly. Mercado Libre will not survive harvesting Thief Sellers. If they do it means that enough buyers who are ripped off continue their relationship with the dishonest company.

My experience was actually great. I order some drone propeller one day before my flight. It stated it would arrive the next day. The following day at 10 am was delivered. 4 stars for the lack of attention to other costumers. For me was great.

Good Marketplace yet highly flawed everywhere else. Says free shipping of "FULL" items from $400 mxn but after tells me no free shipping only discount (Shipping ended up being double the price than items themselves). Signing in is the worst experience, google authentication or mobile confirmation, cant use email (loosing your phone = loosing account). Returning things is a pain & a half, there are some scam sales.

We tried to purchase a refrigerator. When the delivery date came and went with no more communication from the seller, we filed a claim for the missing order. The next day they suspended the account and will not respond with any intelligent information. All they will say is "because we detect irregular behavior in your operations". They will not explain anything and I am still out the money I paid for the order. I can not even get back into the account to check if there is a response. Worst place of business I have ever seen. I just want my money back!!!

They will not take my USA debit card, so i had to pay a commission to pay them in cash at OXXO. I will report later how the packages were received Everyone else take my debit card. The one star is only for not accepting my debit card, and I do not want their credit card.. I did not get the grits and hot sauce on Sunday 3/27/2022, and if my money is not return plus the commission, it will be a police, lawyer, and shared with the world on the internet. My tamales are due from 1-6 April. I hope I get them, and not any dented cans. Do not sell products, if you do not send them, after being paid. I will never deal with them, if I have to prove, who I am to get a refund, and they are missing with the wrong lady.
