Most of the vendors are tuned into the tastes of the locals, so the majority of the items offered are popular and sell quickly. The vendors are grouped roughly into sections that specialize in specific goods. For example, there's a fresh fruit and vegetables section, a meats section, a household items section, electronics, etc. I enjoy perusing the fruit section looking for exotic fruits that happen to be in season.
