La estructura principal y su fachada es agradable a la vista aunque por la parte de afuera la ausencia de color y la presencia de grafitis no ayudan. Increíble que en post pandemia no tengan ningún filtro de higiene a la entrada (ni un bote con gel antibacterial), espero que haya sido mi suerte. Por dentro varios espacios comerciales, sin embargo, lejos de su capacidad real. Algunos están ocupados, sobre todo negocios de ropa, novedades, etc. Tiene una zona central con mesas aunque las opciones de comida son contadas.
Un detalle que creo se debe trabajar es la presencia de vendedores ambulantes en la parte de afuera, mejor darles espacios dentro de las instalaciones.
Creo que tiene muchísimo potencial, tal vez falta difusión y facilidades para que más negocios se instalen.

The main structure and its façade are pleasing to the eye, although on the outside the absence of color and the presence of graffiti do not help. Inside, several commercial spaces, however, far from their real capacity. Some are busy, especially clothes shops, novelties, etc. It has a central area with tables although the food options are limited.
One detail that I think should be worked on is the presence of street vendors outside, it is better to give them spaces inside the facilities.
I think it has a lot of potential, perhaps it lacks dissemination and facilities for more businesses to settle.
