★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente mercado, es pequeño pero muy limpio, tiene su propio estacionamiento, tiene de todo un poco. No te pierdas las quesadillas que están al fondo a la izquierda. Además hay un puesto con dulces típicos y artesanías.

Para comer, la cecina de Los Güeros y la comida corrida de Doña Elvira son son locales que recomiendo. Ambos son limpios y de gran calidad.
En cuanto a muebles de madera de buen precio y con buena factura, recomiendo los que se exhiben a las afueras del mismo mercado.
Complete and well stocked. Clean and with owners of friendly and efficient premises.
To eat, the cecina of Los Güeros and the food of Doña Elvira are local that I recommend. Both are clean and of great quality.
As for wooden furniture of good price and with good invoice, I recommend those that are exhibited on the outskirts of the same market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi opinión es para la Fonda Elvira/Las Quecas. Hoy fuimos a desayunar por segunda ocasión (la primera vez fue hace 6 meses) a esta fonda dentro del mercado Lomas de la Selva el cual queríamos visitar desde ayer pero por tomar otra decisión (muy mala por cierto, lo sabrán en la opinión previa) no lo hicimos. La Sra. Elvira y familia son personas muy atentas, aunque el lugar esté muy lleno de comensales, ellos te acomodan. Comimos rico, cocina hecha desde el corazón, solo pediría que mejoren la presentación (el totopo estaba deshecho porque lo tienen embebido en la salsa verde) de los chilaquiles aunque debo decir que están muy ricos. Comes abundante por mitad de precio que otros lugares y te sacias. Me encanta que ellos te preparan tu licuado o jugo si lo pides, si tú quieres algo extra como unos nopales o plátano frito o calabacitas, también te lo preparan sin excusas, eso sí, con un costo extra pero vale la pena la bonita experiencia de comer en la fonda. Puedes comprar pan para el café frente a la fonda o en varias ocasiones pasa un Señor con sus panes de masa laminada rellenas de fruta. Te pasas un lindo momento en familia en este lugar que es cuna de la mexicanidad.
My opinion is for the Fonda Elvira/Las Quecas. Today we went to have breakfast for the second time (the first time was 6 months ago) at this inn inside the Lomas de la Selva market which we wanted to visit since yesterday but to make another decision (a very bad one by the way, you will know in the previous opinion) we did not. Mrs. Elvira and family are very attentive people, although the place is very full of diners, they accommodate you. We ate delicious, cuisine made from the heart, I would only ask that they improve the presentation (the totopo was undone because they have it soaked in the green sauce) of the chilaquiles although I must say that they are very tasty. You eat plenty for half the price of other places and you fill up. I love that they prepare your smoothie or juice if you ask for it, if you want something extra like some nopales or fried plantain or zucchini, they also prepare it for you without excuses, yes, with an extra cost but it is worth the beautiful experience of eat at the inn You can buy bread for coffee in front of the inn or on several occasions a man passes by with his laminated dough loaves stuffed with fruit. You spend a nice time with your family in this place that is the cradle of Mexicanness.

There is good coffee, mixed and ground to order, at Cafe la Selva, there are fresh cut flowers, fresh fruit and veggies and the usual meats. In the back are several restaurants, some with handmade tortillas. The parking and access are quite good, too.
