En especial recomiendo la longaniza, los uchepos, las toqueres y la calabaza en dulce.
El pan solía ser mejor pero supongo que por la economía que se ha contraído se ha sacrificado la calidad. No encontrará ninguno de nata, mantequilla o con huevo que se note claramente su sabor.
In this market you will find fresh products from the region and some of very good quality that are sold by the same producers, without intermediaries.
I especially recommend the longaniza, the uchepos, the toqueres and the sweet pumpkin.
Bread used to be better but I guess the economy that has shrunk has sacrificed quality. You will not find any cream, butter or egg that is clearly noticeable in flavor.
