★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're American, this market is a mix of awesome vendors with good prices and people who would obviously rather not deal with non-Mexicans for whatever reason. However, I go here at least twice a week to buy avocados from Roberto, because he has the BEST avocados in the whole world! Perfect every time. And that's all he sells, so he's really into his product. If you go in the entrance off calle Lopez, take a right just past the big altar and his is the second stand on the left. Easy to recognize because he has a mountain of avocados and nothing else. He's super nice and sells to people from all over the world. But even if he weren't a pleasure to deal with, I would still buy the avocados :)
