Yo creo que si no están amargados no les dan chance de vender. The 2 butchers have excellent service and attention. The shopkeepers in the market have in common being bosses and bad habits. Hay local de carnitas, muy bueno, y en la carnicería el chicharrón está de primera Small market, but they sell food to take away, the memelas stall is great. Good service, if you are looking for large blanquillos here is the ideal place, the butcher shop has very good meat (the weekend pork rinds are excellent) and the water cakes as well as the cemitas (pure bread) also have great flavor .
